Attending ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 was an energizing and unforgettable experience. This being my first Knowledge event, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. From the moment I met my colleague and client at the airport, to Keynotes, speakers and events, this conference did not disappoint. The event brought together innovators, partners, and customers from across the globe to explore the future of digital transformation.

A standout moment was the opening keynote by CEO Bill McDermott, who delivered a powerful message on the limitless potential of AI and workflow automation in reshaping enterprise operations. His vision set the tone for the week, blending optimism with urgency around execution.

Another highlight was the dynamic and insightful session featuring Conan O’Brien and Jessica Williams. Their humorous yet thought-provoking conversation touched on creativity, leadership, and navigating change—a refreshing addition that added personality and depth to the event.

Throughout the week, I had the opportunity to meet with clients, discussing both current challenges and future plans for leveraging ServiceNow’s platform. These conversations were not only productive but reaffirmed the impact of the work we do. Networking events provided additional space to connect with peers and industry leaders, where spontaneous discussions often turned into valuable insights and potential partnerships.

Equally rewarding was the camaraderie with my colleagues. Whether we were attending sessions, hosting partner events, or simply sharing a meal, the experience deepened our professional relationships and strengthened our team spirit. Partner-hosted events offered another layer of engagement, showcasing innovative solutions and opening doors for new collaborations.

ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 was more than a conference — it was a celebration of community, creativity, and progress. I return inspired, better connected, and more driven than ever.
