Highlights from Knowledge 2025

Back from Las Vegas and still riding the high from Knowledge 2025! This wasn’t my first Knowledge, but it might just be my favorite yet.

What stood out most? The community. From familiar faces to new connections - it was a chance to reconnect, catch up, and a celebrate everything that makes this ecosystem so special. The sense of community and shared purpose ran deep, reminding me just how tightly woven this ServiceNow space really is.

Of course, the innovation was front and center. From AI-powered workflows to real-world success stories, the sessions were packed with insights and inspiration. Beyond the tech, it was the spontaneous chats, the catch-ups between the sessions, and the energy levels on the Expo floor that made the week unforgettable.

Thanks to everyone who made the week what it was - whether you were organizing, presenting, or simply showing up ready to engage. Agentic AI is no longer a future concept - it’s already shaping how we work today, and it was incredible to see the pace of innovation in action. I walked away with fresh ideas, meaningful conversations, and a clear sense of where we’re headed next.
