Employee Spotlight: Nader's Journey into AI & ServiceNow Solutions

I first got access to ServiceNow through a program at University. At the time, I didn’t know much about the platform , which at the time was not very popular in Canada, but the more I explored, the more I realized how powerful and flexible it is. That experience sparked my interest, and I’ve been learning and working with ServiceNow ever since.
At PAMT, I’ve been focused on getting familiar with the latest ServiceNow release, especially the new AI features. It’s been a great learning opportunity—seeing how AI tools like predictive intelligence and virtual agents can help automate tasks and improve the way teams work.
I’ve also enjoyed working with Flow Designer and App Engine Studio. I like building workflows and custom solutions that are both smart and practical. Keeping up with the latest features has helped me become more confident in using the platform in different ways.
Outside of work, I’m into lifting weights, watching TV and YouTube, and catching up with friends. Having that balance helps me stay refreshed and motivated.
I’m always looking to learn more, take on new challenges, and grow in the ServiceNow space.
