By now, you may have heard that we've recently been acquired and are a part of Ateko. It's a big shift going from a family-owned, boutique ServiceNow Partner to something much larger. For me, it's all too familiar. I've lived through several M&As and each one reinforces a truth: a thoughtful integration isn't just a checkbox; it's nonnegotiable for success.

 

This time feels different. We're not just merging systems across teams, we're scaling impact. Naturally, we're doing it with ServiceNow at the centre.

 

ServiceNow gives us the connective tissue to stay to true to our roots while growing. It's how we streamline operations, align teams, and continue to keep the customer experience front and centre as everything around us evolves. ServiceNow isn't just a platform; it's the bridge between PAMT's legacy and our future as Ateko.
