The Managed Services program is designed for organizations interested in maximizing their investment in their ServiceNow platform and minimizing the internal resources needed to maintain the system. We provide affordable access to our team of ServiceNow technical experts who will provide a range of administrative and configuration services to keep your ServiceNow platform up and running so you can focus on your business.

Together we will come up with a level of support that you are comfortable with. Our managed service contracts are typically for one year with a 30-day notice for cancellation. They consist of four quarterly buckets of hours; hours consumption is reported weekly with the goal for consistent use of hours. An agreed-upon number of hours can be carried over to the subsequent quarter if unused. This guarantees you an economical and predictable quarterly cost.

For customers that have a ServiceNow administrator and are just looking to augment their resources, our quarterly packages start as low as 30 hours a quarter.
