Super-Certified Santi

Santi Lauw is a Senior Solution Consultant at PAMT Consulting, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry across Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. She began her journey with ServiceNow as a customer while working at a post-secondary institution, where the organization initially adopted the platform to replace its outdated ticketing system. Over time, Santi realized that ServiceNow offered much more than just a ticketing solution. As she explored the platform further, she discovered a gap in expertise—there were few personnel who had a comprehensive understanding of the entire ServiceNow suite. This inspired her to challenge herself to earn all 20 mainline certifications, along with several micro-certifications and presales certifications, so she could offer a high-level overview of the entire platform and provide valuable guidance to her organization.

Today, Santi holds all 20 mainline certifications, along with additional micro-certifications and presales certifications, and has achieved the prestigious title of Certified Technical Architect. Despite her extensive expertise in ServiceNow, her passion for learning remains strong, and she continues to explore other technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Salesforce.

Outside of work, Santi enjoys spending time with her family, many of whom are also certified in ServiceNow. She has mentored her two sons, Harry and Henry, who have both earned the same ServiceNow certifications and are now working in the ServiceNow ecosystem. ServiceNow often becomes a topic of discussion at the dinner table, and this shared interest even led her husband, a lawyer, to pursue ServiceNow certifications to better understand the platform and join in on the family conversations.

Santi is a valued member of our team at PAMT Consulting, where her wealth of experience and knowledge helps guide clients through the complexities of ServiceNow implementations and solutions.
