Having spent the last few years with NTT DATA (previously Acorio), Lynn has deepened her knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, which she joined nearly three years ago and immediately connected with, both because of the innovative technology and the incredible people behind it. Before focusing on ServiceNow, Lynn worked with Salesforce (licensng) and SAP (both licensing and professional services), which provided her with a broad view of the technology landscape. This diverse background gives Lynn a distinctive perspective—she understands the nuances of working within both the partner ecosystem and the software side of the industry.
